Free on-site measure and a fixed written price.
Currambine is a 1990s suburb, which means a lot of its original fencing is now around thirty years old and asking to be replaced. It also sits close enough to the coast that salt is a live issue, so we spec coastal-grade fittings here as standard. Access is usually easy on these blocks, and the ground is typical northern-corridor sand over limestone — straightforward to dig, but the posts need proper depth and concrete to stay upright.

Most Currambine jobs involve removing an old fence first. That is in the quote, not an extra.
Close enough to the water that the fixings matter as much as the sheeting.
