Joondalup runs from the older streets around Lakeside and the CBD out to the newer pockets near Edgewater, and the fencing work splits along the same line. The established blocks are mostly replacements — timber and early Colorbond reaching the end of its life. The newer builds are first fences, often with the ground still settling and a fall that needs stepping. Being based in this patch means we can usually get out to measure within a couple of days rather than a couple of weeks.
