Boundary Fencing
A clear written quote you can hand to the neighbour.
Boundary fencing is as much a paperwork job as a building one. In WA the Dividing Fences Act 1961 sets out how the cost of a sufficient fence is shared between adjoining owners, and most of the friction comes from nobody having a real number to talk about. We measure the boundary, put the price in writing, and break it out clearly enough that you can hand the same document to your neighbour. If they want their own quote to compare, that is fine — we would rather you were sure.

Itemised and plain. Far easier to split a cost when everyone is looking at the same page.
Getting the line right up front avoids the worst conversation in fencing — the one that happens after it is built.
